As a matter of professional courtesy, M.L. Colson & Associates does not cancel regularly scheduled courses*. While we understand that due to unforeseen circumstances it may occasionally be necessary for a student to reschedule or cancel their reservation, we ask that you reschedule no less than seven (7) days prior to the start of the course to avoid fees being processed on your card. 

 

If cancellation or rescheduling is within the 7-day window before the start of the course, a 10% fee will be applied. If cancellation is within 24 hours of the course, a 20% fee will be applied. If a No-show occurs on the day of the course, a 50% fee will be applied.
